Our client, based southeast of Cardiff, is currently seeking a proactive and reliable Receptionist and Purchase Ledger Clerk to support their finance team. This role is offered on a part-time, temporary basis (2 days per week) and is a key support function within both the front-of-house and finance departments. Role Details: Working Days: Thursday and Friday Hours: 8:30am 5:00pm Location: Fully office-based Duration: 8-month temporary contract, with the potential to extend or become permanent in 2026 Key Responsibilities: Front-of-house reception duties, including managing the switchboard and directing calls to the appropriate team members Taking and relaying accurate messages Processing and entering purchase ledger invoices onto the in-house finance system Assisting with purchase ledger queries Managing incoming and outgoing post Ordering and maintaining office stationery supplies Supporting the Finance Director with ad hoc administrative tasks as required About You: Previous experience in a similar finance support or reception role is essential Working knowledge of purchase ledger processes A flexible and positive attitude, with a willingness to assist across departments E
