The team helps organisations rethink how their finance functions operate, improve business performance and strengthen the role finance plays in commercial decision-making.Your work could include finance target operating models, organisation design, core financial process transformation, integrated planning, forecasting, performance management and cost optimisation. You''ll help clients understand their challenges, develop practical recommendations and lead the delivery of lasting change.Alongside client delivery, you''ll contribute to the continued growth of the practice through proposals, bids, client development, new propositions and thought leadership.
