Van Driver Location: Brentwood

Pay Rate: £13.50ph 

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Van Driver to join a specialist waste management and environmental services company based in Brentwood.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term work with a growing business. The role involves collecting and transporting wrapped waste materials to designated waste transfer sites, with full training provided.

• Driving a company van to customer and waste transfer sites
• Completing approximately 1–2 collections/deliveries per day
• Loading and unloading wrapped materials into the vehicle
• Transporting materials safely and in line with company procedures
• Ensuring all paperwork and vehicle checks are completed accurately
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
• Occasional weekend work may be required

• 5:00am start
• Full-time hours
• Some weekend work may be required

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous van driving experience preferred
• Good understanding of safe loading and unloading practices
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 25kg
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious

• ADR awareness or ADR qualification
• Experience within waste management, environmental services, hazardous waste, recycling or similar industries
