Softer skills like a proactive approach, in order to best support teachers, and the ability to adapt resources and model teaching techniques are key with full, formal training being provided to all staff.

• Support teachers to create alternative learning options

• Give 121 support to students who may be struggling
• Follow learning plans and tailor resources to reflect these

**Qualifications and Skills**

• Prior experience with children is preferred
• Capable of adapting to various classroom settings
• Strong communication skills for building and nurturing connections
• Team player committed to offering excellent support
• Be able to actively engage with children
