Our client, a leading US Law Firm is seeking a Graduate Project Management Analyst to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Project Management Analyst to work with their Finance and Pricing teams, alongside clients and attorneys, to ensure the efficient management of legal matters. This is the ideal opportunity for a Graduate or someone at the beginning of their career to develop their project management skills within a world-leading Legal environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide a high-level of support to teams in responding to client requests for proposals (RFP), including estimates, drafting documents and creating project plans Support with status reports, budget tracking, risk tracking and deadlines Provide advice on identifying changes in scope, time and cost, highlighting any recommendations where necessary Leverage AI tools to enhance work efficiency and client experience Proactively collect feedback with the goal of continuous improvement Key Experience: Degree-educated Previous experience in a Legal environment would be advantageous, although not essential Applications from candidates with project management experience gained from previous roles or internships or academic projects are encouraged to apply Demonstrable interest in Project Management, problem-solving and analytical work, ideally within a Legal environment An interest in data analysis with experience in writing queries, with good Excel skills and ..... full job details .....
