Installation of various flooring types (vinyl, laminate, carpet, safety flooring, etc.)Subfloor preparation including screeding and levellingFlooring repairs and replacements in occupied and void propertiesEnsuring high standards of workmanship and accurate job reportingMinor multi-trade tasks (e.g., basic carpentry or tiling as needed)Requirements:

Proven experience in floor laying within domestic or social housing environmentsSkilled in working with a range of flooring materialsBasic multi-trade skills are a plusFull UK driving licenceStrong communication and customer service skillsWhat''s Included:
