Lender Only Conveyancing Assistant

Salary: Dependent on Experience
Location: On-site. Hybrid working available upon successful completion of probation.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lender Only Conveyancing Assistant to join a busy residential conveyancing team. You will support the conveyancing process from the early stages of purchase transactions, acting solely for lenders on a separate representation basis.

• Provide a high level of customer service to clients and referring partners.
• Support a Conveyancer in achieving conversion, productivity and customer service targets.
• Manage electronic and paper-based files accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with customers, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties to obtain required information and documentation.
• Chase and process monies from lenders, customers and other solicitors.
• Assist with exchanges and completions.
• Input and interpret financial information, including redemption figures.
• Prepare, check and issue legal documentation.
• Interpret and input mortgage offers on purchase transactions.
• Deal with enquiries relating to sale transactions.
• Work effectively within a high-volume, target-driven environment.

• At least 12 months'' experience within Residential Conveyancing is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Good data entry and IT skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines and targets.
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently.
• Previous administrative, customer service or conveyancing experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Enthusiastic, flexible and positive in your approach.
