Temporary Exams OfficerSalary: 13.15 per hourLocation: SouthwarkHours: 9am -4:45pm, Monday to FridayThis temporary role will be during the Exam period (May to June).Your responsibilities will include:Accurately entering, registering and monitoring of students for exams and qualifications, in accordance with proceduresEnsuring sufficient exam resource (including Invigilation) has been scheduled and booked for students'' examinations both on line and on paperPreparing exam timetables and communicating these in a timely manner to the relevant partiesStoring, preparing and issuing exam papers and materials in a timely way that complies with awarding organisation regulations and that will withstand unannounced inspectionsIssuing and recording of exam certificates, in accordance with procedures and Awarding Body Guidelines Requirements:Knowledge of office and administrative systemsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work with limited supervisionOrganisational skills and diary managementExperience in the use of IT, including spread sheets, email, and word processingSystematic and meticulousOffice Angels is an employment agency and business.
