They are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and friendly Office Administrator to join their growing team. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming telephone calls professionally. Respond to customer emails promptly. Book appointments for engineers and contractors. Create and manage jobs using our internal booking system. Record customer information and job note accurately. Send booking confirmations, reminders and engineer ETA notifications. Liaise with tenants, landlords, estate agents, property managers and suppliers. Reschedule appointments where required. Monitor engineers'' diaries and assist with scheduling. Upload photographs, quotations and documentation. Raise quotations and invoices (training provided). Receive deliveries and organise stock. Order office supplies.
