Our client is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with 3+ years'' PQE to join its established Family team in Romford, Essex. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including work for high-net-worth individuals, while contributing to the development of the department and supporting junior staff.The Role• Manage a caseload of approximately 20-25 private family matters• Advise on divorce, separation and financial matters• Handle children matters and cohabitation disputes• Deal with TOLATA matters and domestic violence injunctions• Advise on pre- and post-nuptial agreements• Manage complex matters independently from instruction through to conclusion• Build and maintain strong client and referral relationships• Support and train paralegals, trainees and junior solicitors• Contribute to the supervision and management of the Family departmentRequirements• Minimum 3 years'' PQE in private Family Law• Broad experience across private family matters• Strong privately funded caseload experience; legal aid experience is not required• Ability to manage complex matters autonomously• Previous experience supervising or training junior staff• Strong leadership and decision-making skills• Excellent communication and organisational abilities• Commercially minded with a focus on client care and business development• Ambitious and motivated to progress into a supervisory positionWhat''s on Offer• 4 or 5 day working week• Junior staff, ..... full job details .....
