We are a Legal 500 firm committed to excellence and innovation in the legal field.Day-to-day of the role:Manage a full residential property caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other associated transactions.Confidently handle files from instruction through to completion.Achieve financial targets while maintaining exceptional client care.Ensure all work complies with regulatory and internal compliance standards.Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with referrers and other professional contacts.Contribute to business development initiatives and support the growth of the Woking office.Required Skills and Qualifications:Around 2-3 years'' PQE in residential conveyancing, although candidates with solid experience and less PQE are encouraged to apply.Strong technical knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing.Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.Proactive in generating new business and ideally brings a following of work (desirable but not essential).Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding client
