You''ll teach small groups of adult learners with a wide range of educational backgrounds, learning needs and abilities, helping them build practical, work-ready skills that support progression into employment.Many of your learners will have had difficult experiences of education, so patience, empathy and a genuine belief in each individual''s potential will matter as much as your subject knowledge.Your responsibilities will include:Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive business and digital skills sessions tailored to small groups of learners with varied abilities and backgrounds.Conducting initial assessments and diagnostics to establish learners'' starting points, then setting up and maintaining Individual Learning Plans.Embedding literacy, numeracy and employability skills naturally into business and digital skills learning to support progression.Preparing learners for relevant qualifications and celebrating their achievements and personal development.Working closely with prison staff and the wider education team to ensure positive, holistic learner ..... full job details .....
