The role of Area Sales Manager
- Develop and manage specification opportunities with regional and national housebuilders
- Track and convert specifications into orders via the merchant channel
- Build strong relationships with builders'' merchants and ensure consistent supply and stock availability
- Identify and win commercial specification projects by engaging with architects, landscape designers, and planning consultants
- Host CPD presentations and influence decision-makers at early project stages
- Collaborate internally with technical and customer service teams to deliver excellent project support

The candidate for the Area Sales Manager role

Construction field sales Area Sales Manager or Specification Sales experience
-
Experience managing and developing-housebuilder accounts and working with builders merchants or distribution partners

Comfortable selling via specification and tracking projects through the supply chain

Confident presenting to architects, designers, and commercial developers

Self-starter with strong relationship-building and project-tracking skills
The Package on offer for the Area Sales Manager
- -50,000 60,000 basic DOE
- 15% OTE uncapped
- Hybrid company car or negotiable car allowance
- 24 days plus bank holidays
