This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong server, storage and networking experience who enjoys working in the field, solving technical issues and delivering exceptional customer service. You''ll be responsible for supporting a wide range of enterprise IT systems, ensuring they are maintained and restored quickly while meeting agreed service levels. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve faults across server, storage and network infrastructure. Attend customer sites to provide hardware maintenance, break-fix support and technical assistance. Take ownership of customer incidents from initial diagnosis through to resolution, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved. Investigate technical issues and implement effective solutions with minimal disruption to customers. Arrange replacement parts and coordinate repairs where required.
