Day-to-day of the role: Manage a portfolio of residential property cases from instruction through to completion. Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties to ensure a smooth conveyancing process. Prepare and review contracts, transfers, mortgage deeds, and other legal documents. Conduct searches, check legal titles, and resolve any issues that arise. Provide timely and accurate advice to clients on the buying and selling of property. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policies and procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing. Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process. Excellent client service skills, with the ability to handle complex cases independently. Proficient in using conveyancing software and case management systems. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
