The main focus of this role is to liaise between sales teams, various departments, suppliers, and current/future customers as well as handle a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to all customers.Daily Duties include:Answering phones promptlyProcessing orders and enquiries from acknowledgement through to delivery to site, ensuring liaison with suppliers and customersTracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on timeResolving any sales related issues with customersChecking order acknowledgement for accuracyMaintain and update customer notes with all transactions, schedule changes and requestsCarrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documentsMaintain a day book with all day to day eventsSupport the Sales RepsLiaise with suppliers of to ensure the best possible service for customersAttend training to develop relevant knowledge and skillsTo attend weekly team meetingsSound interesting? you must have:Customer Service skills / experienceAbility to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word,Ex
