Early Years Educator with TimePlan Education in IslingtonJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: 14.00- 18.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 - 35 per week Responsibilities:- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the early years- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning- Observe and assess children''s progress and provide feedback to parents- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a positive learning environment- Maintain accurate records of children''s attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child''s progress and any concerns Experience:- Previous experience working with children in an early years setting- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education- Familiarity with curriculum frameworks such as the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for young children- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children Note: This job description is intended to give you an overview of the requirements for the position of Early Years Educator.
