The Results People currently recruiting for a Warehouse Planner for our well-known client in Ellesmere Port.You will be assisting in the forecasting/planning for this site. This role would be ideal for someone who is proficient in Excel, numbers focused and who wants a career within supply chain. You will be an integral part of the warehouse team. Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pmPay rate: £13.40The key accountabilities of the role will include but not limited to: Monitor, maintain and ensure accurate reporting of KPI data.Working with payroll team to resolve discrepancies.Tracking site s performance, analyse and report data.Plan site s labour vs volume requirements and deployment within the DC.Liaison with the operational team to develop and deliver plans for recruitment.Monitoring planned vs. actual volumes, analysing variance and cost implications.Identification of recurring issues that raise cost and reduce performance.Management of shift patterns and rotas and other planning tools, displaying cost-effective planningWorking with external agency providers, forward planning labour requirements The key skills and experience required are: Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential.Strong communication skills at all levels, verbal and written.Highly organised, results driven and commercially minded.Able to work accurately, managing tight timescales and demonstrating attention to detail.Warehouse Management System use highly desired.
