We are seeking a

Head of Compliance (SMF16)

for a pioneering Pensions Platform backed by a leading FinTech VC fund. This role offers flexible working arrangements, including remote work or office presence, tailored to your preferences.The successful candidate will be the company''s first Compliance hire, assisting with FCA application and authorisation, ensuring regulatory robustness of systems, and serving as the principal FCA contact. Responsibilities include designing and monitoring compliance frameworks, providing regulatory guidance, and advising on new product launches and business strategies.Ideal candidates will have extensive pensions compliance experience, deep FCA engagement, and preferably CASS knowledge.
