Warehouse Operative

Location: Banbury
Pay rate: £14.35p/h std rate, £21.52p/h overtime rate
Hours: 07:00 – 16:20 Any 5 days out of 7 (Saturday always off + 1 additional day off during the week)

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Banbury.

This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity working within a chilled warehouse environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in cold temperatures.

Duties will include:

• Voice picking using a headset system
• Picking and packing orders accurately
• General warehouse duties
• Working towards productivity targets
• Maintaining health & safety standards
• Handling stock within a chilled environment

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Comfortable working in chilled temperatures
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
