Reporting directly into senior finance leadership, the role will offer broad exposure across management reporting, commercial finance, stock accounting and team leadership, whilst also providing genuine progression opportunities longer term.Key Responsibilities:Lead the month-end close process and ensure accurate, timely reportingProduce monthly management accounts including PandL, balance sheet and cash flow reportingDeliver detailed variance analysis and meaningful commercial commentarySupport group reporting and intercompany reconciliations across multiple entitiesPartner with operational teams across sales and purchasing to improve margin performance and drive efficienciesTake ownership of stock accounting, valuations and reconciliationsReview VAT returns and support the statutory audit processLead, mentor and develop two junior finance membersIdentify opportunities to improve financial controls, reporting and processesAbout You:ACA / ACCA / CIMA part-qualified or fully qualifiedStrong month-end and management accounting experienceConfident working within multi-entity or group reporting structu
