Based at our Clients Manchester Head Office - your role will also have responsibility across the UK Regions. As Head of Processing you will be responsible for the operational machine that is behind the Processing Function. You will need to be a character who will set and deliver strategy for Central Finance Operations - you will need to be prepared to ''lift up the bonnet'' on current processes. What will the Head of Processing need? Experience in building a roadmap for the progression of teams under your remit - Banking / Payments / Billings / Reconciliation Assess and report risk, compliance, key performance and management information Manage and review the service delivery and performance of the relevant teams Proven experience of the management of a large Processing / Billings Team Proven track record at a Senior Management Level Examples of your impact across Change Management and Process Improvements Experience of motivating / growing and developing Teams Project experience ideally across Processing and / or Automation What you can expect as the Head of Processing: Annual Salary up to c£80,000 Annual Performance based Bonus and an Annual Salary Review 30 days Holidays AND Bank ..... full job details .....
