Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper - Accountancy Firm - LiverpoolWe are working with our client who are looking recruit an experienced Bookkeeper.Ideally the candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience of working in an Accountancy Firm. The AAT qualification would be an advantage but not a requirement.DutiesPreparing VAT returnsResolve client VAT queriesPreparation of AccountsPosting invoices onto softwareReconciling bank on softwareVAT administrationAssisting clients in the use of various software packagesPrevious experience with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Kashflow and office management software like Microsoft Office (namely Word and Excel)Strong organisation skills with a problem-solving attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWe are looking forward to receiving your application.
