Wellbeing Key Worker Doncaster split between HMP Marshgate and Doncaster community Up to £30,000 per annum Full-time, Permanent Job Description: We are recruiting for a Wellbeing Key Worker to provide tailored support to individuals under the supervision of the National Probation Service. This is a rewarding opportunity to help people improve their health and wellbeing, overcome barriers and make positive, sustainable changes in their lives. You will manage a varied caseload, delivering one-to-one and group-based interventions that help individuals strengthen relationships, build confidence and develop the skills needed to progress towards employment, training and education. The role is split between HMP Marshgate and community-based delivery across Doncaster. The role involves:Delivering personalised wellbeing support based on individual needs and levels of complexity.Managing a diverse caseload and supporting individuals to achieve positive wellbeing outcomes.Completing comprehensive assessments and developing strength-based action plans.Delivering one-to-one support, group workshops and digital interventions.Building effective relationships with local health, wellbeing and community services.Facilitating and evaluating wellbeing-focused group sessions.Maintaining accurate case management records and meeting contractual and quality requirements.Working collaboratively with the National Probation Service to encourage engagement and support rehabilitation.Helping individuals ..... full job details .....
