This role offers an excellent opportunity for an accomplished BIM professional to take ownership of coordination delivery and lead a talented group of technicians and coordinators.The successful candidate will play a key role in driving BIM standards, ensuring high-quality project outputs, and mentoring junior team members. The position is offered on a hybrid working basis (3 days in the London office, 2 days from home).Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the MEP BIM team within the London officeOversee BIM coordination on a range of projects, including residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use developmentsMaintain and advance BIM standards, workflows, and best practicesLiaise closely with design teams to ensure coordinated and clash-free modelsProvide technical guidance, training, and support to the wider teamEnsure timely delivery of project information and documentationRequirements:Strong and proven experience in MEP BIM coordination within the UK construction industryExcellent working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and associated BIM toolsAbility to lead, mentor, and motivate a teamStrong understanding of building services (mechanical, electrical, and public health)Confident communicator with the ability to
