Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs£ We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Milton Keynes this September.

This rewarding role involves working closely with students who require additional support, helping them to access learning and achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with a range of SEN

• 
  

  Work collaboratively with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver personalised support

• 
  

  Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

• 
  

  Assist with the development of communication, social, and emotional skills

• 
  

  Help manage and support behaviour in a calm and consistent manner

• 
  

  Track and report on pupil progress and engagement

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• 
  

  Experience working with children with SEN, including autism, ADHD, or speech and language needs (desirable)

• 
  

  A patient, empathetic, and encouraging nature

• 
  

  Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• 
  

  The ability to adapt to different learning needs and classroom situations

• 
  

  A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of pupils

• 
  

  A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
