Health and Safety Manager Location Rochester, Kent Salary: £50,000 £55,000 Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm (40 hours)Job Role The Health and Safety Manager will lead and continuously improve site-wide Health, Safety and Environmental standards within a fast-growing manufacturing business in the supplements/nutrition sector. The Health and Safety Manager will drive risk assessment strategy, develop safe systems of work, and build a proactive safety culture across all departments as the company expands its operations and facilities. The Health and Safety Manager will own COSHH compliance, contractor controls (RAMS, inductions, permits to work) and ensure employees remain trained, competent, and working safely at all times.
