You will provide technical leadership, oversee complex cases and manage a small team responsible for delivering high-quality surveying services that place resident safety and wellbeing at the forefront. About the Role Reporting into the Housing Property team, you will lead the Council''s damp, mould and disrepair function, ensuring cases are managed effectively and in line with statutory obligations, Awaab''s Law, the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS), Housing Ombudsman requirements and internal policies.
