Job Title: CPCS Plant & Vehicle Marshal Location: Central London Duration: 6-8 weeks (starting mid-June) Shifts: 24-hour operation - days, nights & weekends available Rate: £20.00 - £25.00 per hour (PAYE Umbrella, dependent on shift)
 
Overview:
We are currently recruiting experienced CPCS Plant & Vehicle Marshal for a major rail blockade project in Central London. This is a high-profile scheme operating on a 24-hour programme, offering consistent work across multiple shift patterns.
 
Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Marshal

• Safely marshal plant and vehicle movements on site
• Maintain clear communication with operators and site teams
• Ensure all movements are carried out in line with safety procedures
• Work effectively within a live rail environment
• Support delivery during high-intensity blockade operations

• Valid Blue CPCS Plant & Vehicle Marshal card (essential)
• Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) (essential)
• Previous experience on rail or major infrastructure projects
• Strong safety awareness and communication skills
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends

• £20-£25 per hour PAYE Umbrella (shift dependent)
• 6-8 weeks of continuous work
• Opportunity to work on a major Central London blockade
