We re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our clients growing operation people who are reliable, proactive, and ready to get stuck in with all aspects of warehouse work. What You ll Be Doing As a Warehouse Operative, you ll play a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Picking, packing and preparing orders with accuracy and care Loading and unloading vehicles safely Stock replenishment and inventory checks Operating warehouse equipment (training provided) Maintaining a clean, organised working environment Supporting general warehouse duties as required to meet daily targetsYou will be working set shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am ste shifts) What We re Looking For A positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently under pressure Great attention to detail Reliable, punctual and a genuine team player Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet Previous warehouse experience is a bonus but not essential What We Offer Salary from £12.80ph Overtime opportunities Full training and ongoing support Permanent contracts available following a successful 12 week period If you re ready to be part of a hardworking team in a role where your efforts truly make a difference, apply today and one of our team will contact you about the next steps.
