Key Responsibilities Lead the revamp of the Azure operating model and drive improvements in tenant capability and platform setup. Establish and optimise Azure and identity management service operations in line with industry best practices. Design, plan, and implement M365 identity replication and tenant-to-tenant service migrations. Roll out a standardised identity framework across multiple companies and domains, leveraging Entra ID architecture. Coordinate work and manage delivery with external partners and cross-functional stakeholders. Oversee knowledge transfer and handover to permanent staff during the final project phase.
