This leading Patent and Trademark law firm, consistently recognised for its excellence, is seeking an experienced Patent Secretary to apply their skills and knowledge in assisting a team of lawyers, including a Partner, in the day to day running of their business. You will have at least 3 years experience gained as a Secretary/PA in a London based Patent and Trademark firm, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, inc. Word, Outlook and Teams. Main responsibilities: Undertake all typing and administrative tasks associated with supporting the Partner and team.Maintain the diary in conjunction with the Partner.Preparation of invoices to be sent to the client.Take instructions and deal with clients'' enquiries on the telephone.
