You''ll play a key role in managing parts, technician schedules, and customer communication.Your role as a Service Coordinator:Documentation Management: Maintain and manage all documentation related to service and spare parts.Scheduling Coordination: Plan and coordinate service technician''s schedules for customer visits around the UK and Europe.Customer Communication: Act as a liaison between customers and the technical team, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.Inventory and Procurement: Handle the administration of procurement, inventory control, and shipping of spare parts.Database Management: Maintain accurate records of spare parts availability in the internal database.Customer Documentation: Assist in the preparation and distribution of customer-related service documents.Primary Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to parts and services.General Administration: Perform general ad hoc administrative tasks as required.Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role: Experience in within a customer focused administrative, scheduling or planning roleExperience using a CRM system and Microsoft officeConfident and professional telephone mannerPrevious experience in a service coordination, logistics, scheduling or administrative role (preferably in
