Head of Finance Corby £85,000 - £90,000 On-site Permanent We are recruiting an experienced Head of Finance to join a growing, entrepreneurial business based in Corby. This is a key senior leadership appointment, reporting directly to the Managing Director and taking full ownership of the finance function. It is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys being close to the business, influencing decision-making and helping shape the next stage of growth. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit purely at a strategic level. You will combine strong financial leadership with a hands-on approach, ensuring robust controls and accurate reporting while providing meaningful commercial insight across the business.
