Internal Sales Support - 11 month FTC - 30 hours week
This position supports the Southern European Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and team within the EA sales organisation and serves as a key coordination and support role between the sales organisation and the functional back-office organisation. The role will liaise and collaborate with key points of contact within both organisations, including product marketing, sales operations, and HR. The position will actively contribute to developing and executing processes to improve sales operations within the Southern European team. The role will provide extended support to the Southern European RSMs and the Southern European team resources actively working to secure new orders. Close cooperation with Southern European RSMs is to be expected, as are operational resources within our factories to align forecasts and related activities. This position will: Support pre-sales activities regarding customer pre-qualifications and support to ongoing bidding activitiesParticipate and execute smaller proposals in cooperation with the RSMWork closely with support functions in our two organisations to enable and ease salesActively use the company CRM (Salesforce) Job Responsibilities Provide pre-sales support to Southern European RSMs, team and customersSupport Southern European RSMs to issue quotations and clarifications to customersDocumentation supply to customers (standard doc and issuance of order-specific documentation/declarations)Required:Proven organisational skills with demonstrated abil
