Head of New Business . This is your opportunity to join a multi-award-winning team that fuses creativity, technology, and behavioural science to create unforgettable experiences across both digital and physical spaces.About the Role:This pivotal leadership role will see you driving the agency’s growth strategy by identifying new opportunities, forging high-value partnerships, and converting prospects into long-standing client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring not just sales expertise but a consultative, strategic mindset and a genuine passion for brand storytelling.Key Responsibilities:Lead the charge on identifying and converting new business opportunities aligned with the agency’s strengths and vision.Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders.Develop and deliver tailored business development strategies and market entry plans.Oversee the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation and pitch to negotiation and contract closure.Collaborate closely with creative, design, and project teams to craft client-winning solutions.Represent the agency at key industry events and act as a brand ambassador.Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and emerging client needs.

Skills and Experience Required:Proven track record in Business Development at a senior level, ideally within Brand Experience, Experiential, Creative, or Events agencies.Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to close high-value deals.Demonstrable experience of nurturing strategic partnerships and long-term client growth.Commercially astute with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.Collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

Salary:

£70,000 – £90,000 per annum plus Commission and BonusLocation:
