This role is perfect for a leader passionate about creating a nurturing environment that fosters outstanding outcomes for children.Day-to-day of the role:Lead the registration, opening, and ongoing development of the home.Ensure full compliance with OFSTED regulations and Children''s Homes Quality Standards.Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.Establish a positive and therapeutic culture focused on achieving outstanding outcomes for children.Manage budgets, staffing, safeguarding, and quality assurance.Build effective relationships with local authorities, families, and partner agencies.Drive continuous improvement and work towards achieving an ''Outstanding'' OFSTED rating.Required Skills and Qualifications:Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).Proven experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or experienced senior leader within a children''s residential setting.Strong understanding of OFSTED regulations, safeguarding, and Children''s Homes Standards.Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.Passion for improving outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.Full UK driving ..... full job details .....
