This is a well-organised project with site setup already established, offering the successful candidate the chance to join a live scheme and drive it through to completion. The project involves the renovation and modernisation of an existing single-storey commercial building, working alongside a demolition contractor and coordinating multiple trades throughout the fit-out programme.
