Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Assistant, be the face of your restaurant. You will deal with customers and make sure everything runs as it should in the customer areas.
Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, organise special events, look after customers\'' specific needs, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times.
Keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
Work in a fast-moving, high-energy environment and connect with customers to make them feel valued.
Qualifications / Skills
Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Effective communication skills including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
Ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working efficiently and productively.
