Conveyancing Assistant 28,000 - 35,000 per annum, DOE Chelmsford, Essex Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience in residential conveyancing who is comfortable handling a broad range of matters while delivering outstanding support to both clients and legal professionals.As a valued member of the team, you will assist with property transactions from the initial instruction through to final completion, helping to ensure a smooth, professional and customer-focused experience at every stage.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Providing support across a diverse portfolio of residential conveyancing files.Assisting fee earners with property sales, purchases, remortgages and auction transactions.Liaising regularly with clients, estate agents, mortgage providers and other external parties.Drafting, preparing and checking legal documents and correspondence.Requesting, analysing and processing property searches and related documentation.Supporting the exchange of contracts and completion of transactions.Handling post-completion administration and compliance requirements.Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems.Tracking important milestones and ensuring deadlines are met.Delivering a high standard of client care and providing regular progress updates.Working closely with colleagues across the Property department to facilitate efficient transaction progression.My client is looking for someone ..... full job details .....
