The Client and Project Info: My client is a leading MandE Contractor who are currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a residential scheme in North London. The project involves managing the full mechanical package on a multi-unit housing development from pre-construction through to completion. Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities: Managing the delivery of the mechanical package on a residential development. Coordinating site teams, Mechanical Supervisors, and subcontractors. Overseeing programme, quality, and health and safety performance. Managing design coordination, technical submissions, and procurement. Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal commercial teams. Managing QA processes, inspections, and handover documentation. Identifying and resolving technical and programme issues. Attending client, design, and progress meetings. Mechanical Project Manager Requirements: Proven experience delivering mechanical packages on residential schemes. Background working for an MandE or Mechanical Contractor. Mechanical trade or engineering qualification. SMSTS or equivalent. Strong technical knowledge of residential building services.
