Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
• Encourage pupils'' confidence, independence, and participation in school life
• Support children''s emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
• Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and specialist staff to help pupils achieve their individual goals
