CNC MILLER PROGRAMMER

We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller Programmer to work for our client who are on the outskirts of Mansfield.

THE DUTIES OF A CNC MILLER:

• Programming, Setting and operating Milling machines with Heidenhain controls
• Producing high quality components
• Reading engineering drawings 
• Be able to perform maintenance on the CNC machines.
• Quality check machined parts using Verniers/ Callipers / micrometres

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:

• Minimum 5 years' experience working within a high precision manufacturing background.
• Have the ability to write and edit programmes
• Experience in tooling setup and adjustment for various machining operations.
• Knowledge of quality control based around ISO (Apply online only) is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be apprentice trained

THE HOURS:

Permanent, Full Time. Days 39 hours

6.45 – 3.30 Monday – Thursday

6.45 – 2.30 on Friday.

THE PAY:

The annual pay rate is between 25k-40k per annum , depending on experience
