Working alongside experienced solicitors, you will support a varied caseload while developing your expertise in complex international and public law matters.The International Protection and Arbitration Paralegal''s RoleThe successful International Protection and Arbitration Paralegal will provide legal and administrative support across a broad range of international protection and arbitration matters.Responsibilities will include:Drafting legal correspondence, witness statements and court documentsPreparing Home Office, Tribunal and Court applicationsManaging electronic and paper case filesLiaising with clients, counsel, courts and government bodiesAttending client meetings, conferences and hearings, taking detailed attendance notesPreparing bundles and supporting documentationMonitoring deadlines and maintaining accurate case management recordsAssisting with legal research and case preparationSupporting AML, compliance and client onboarding proceduresContributing to business development through networking and legal articlesThe International Protection and Arbitration ParalegalAt least 6 months'' paralegal experience within immigration, litigation, arbitration or human rightsLaw degree, ..... full job details .....
