Architecture CAD Coordinator (MEP) - London - Up to -50,000 - Hybrid Working

A growing multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking an experienced Architecture CAD Coordinator with strong MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) knowledge to join its expanding London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CAD professional to play a key role in delivering commercial building consultancy projects across a range of sectors.

The Role
As the Architecture CAD Coordinator, the successful candidate will support the technical delivery of projects, producing high-quality drawings and ensuring coordination across architectural and MEP elements. Working closely with a team that includes project managers, building surveyors, sustainability experts, cost consultants, and M&E engineers, the role offers a varied and collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed CAD drawings with a focus on accurate MEP coordination

  • Support a wide variety of commercial building projects, including offices, retail, education, housing, and mixed-use developments

  • Coordinate and liaise with internal teams and external consultants to ensure consistency and quality in project delivery

  • Maintain CAD standards and contribute to continuous improvement across the business

  • Assist in BIM coordination where required

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (and ideally Revit), with significant experience in architectural CAD coordination

  • Solid understanding of MEP systems and their integration within architectural layouts

  • Previous experience working in a consultancy or multi-disciplinary environment

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
