What You''ll Be Doing:Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with the Lead Joining Engineer, BIW Process Engineering, and Product Development teams to shape manufacturable joining solutions.Analyse and Optimise: Evaluate feasibility trials, validate data, and identify opportunities for process improvement.Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendor engineers, ensuring timely technical reviews and adherence to project timelines.Project Coordination: Drive consistency across projects, aligning with best practices and standard methodologies.Digital Transformation: Leverage digital tools to automate processes, build dashboards, and perform advanced data analysis using macros, PowerApps, and AI.Manufacturing Excellence: Partner with project teams and vendors to ensure compliance with joining technology standards and buy-off procedures.Holistic Understanding: Develop insights into how joining technologies interface with
