You’ll be reporting to the Associate Director and can expect to work on a range of projects at one time, enhancing your knowledge and understanding while also being given support for your Chartership. You can expect to work across a variety of commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial & highways-based projects broadening your knowledge every day.

The role

• Be part of an exceptional team that embraces technically demanding projects and challenges
• Supporting the delivery of multidisciplinary projects, balancing demands and priorities, from project feasibility, planning and through to design and construction.
• Help orchestrate and mentor technical staff, with responsibility for contributing to planning team workload.
• Preparing and reviewing technical deliverables.
• Be at the forefront of changes in the industry such as reducing embodied carbon and modern methods of infrastructure design.

What you need to succeed

• Technical experience relevant to the planning and delivery of major civil engineering programmes and projects.
• A willingness to travel, and desire to lead continuous quality improvement in our work.
• A Member or prospective Member of a relevant professional institution.
• Enthusiasm for and the flexibility to adapt to the challenging nature of our projects.
