Technical Support Engineer - UI / Scripting. Contract role with potential to convert to FTE. Hybrid working in Staines, Surrey with 2 days onsite. Start ASAP. 40 hours per week. Laptop provided. Salary up to £41,000 per annum.Role

You’ll support customers on a cloud-based enterprise platform by troubleshooting UI-related issues, debugging frontend behaviour, and creating small scripts to streamline issue resolution. The role is hands-on, technical, and customer-facing. You’ll collaborate with global engineering and support teams to improve customer experience and internal support processes.Responsibilities

UI development or support experienceExposure to at least two of:

ReactJS, GraphQL, AngularJS, AJAX, CSS, Mobile app developmentUnderstanding of

Experience supporting cloud-based SaaS platforms; ServiceNow experience is a plusFamiliarity with tools like

Splunk, Eclipse, Android StudioRequirements and Benefits
