Facilities Management Contract Manager Location: Woolwich Salary: 70K Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Role We are looking for an experienced Facilities Management Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of hard and soft FM services across a busy commercial site in Woolwich. This is a hands-on management role where you will lead the on-site FM team, ensure services are delivered safely and efficiently, maintain excellent client relationships, and drive operational performance. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of Facilities Management services. Lead, motivate, and develop the on-site FM team. Ensure all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance is completed to a high standard. Monitor and achieve agreed service levels (KPIs and SLAs). Manage budgets, staffing levels, and operational performance. Oversee contractors and specialist service providers. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, COSHH, and statutory regulations. Carry out regular client meetings and provide service updates. Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Support recruitment, training, and development of the FM team. Manage small projects and coordinate planned works. Ensure the team has the appropriate tools, equipment, and PPE. Participate in the out-of-hours management rota when required. Requirements Previous experience as a Facilities Management Contract Manager or Facilities Manager.
