My client is a highly successful, family-run electrical contracting business based in Hemel Hempstead. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team and takes pride in helping a business run smoothly. This is a newly created role within the business and offers an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a growing company. You will work closely with the Managing Director, Project Manager, Project Teams and Accounts, providing essential administrative support across the business. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Managing the company s emails and responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner Answering and directing incoming telephone calls Creating and maintaining project templates using Simpro (training will be given) Raising and processing invoices using Xero Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business Assisting with office facilities, including purchasing equipment, stationery and consumables when required Providing administrative and organisational support to the Managing Director Organising company events and supporting the charities and community initiatives that the company is involved with Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure projects and administrative processes run efficiently Using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint ..... full job details .....
